Shop terms

DRAFT for review. These terms are not in force yet.

The shop runs on ciernots.pl and in the game ZaronOT.pl. The seller is [company name, address, tax ID].
Contact for purchases and complaints: [shop e-mail address].
Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include tax.

Zaron Coins are an in-game currency. Rate: 1 coin = 0.10 PLN. Coins cannot be exchanged back for money.
Coins, bundles and cosmetics (mounts, outfits, auras) are bound to the account and carry over between seasons.
Shop items go to the character's Store inbox and cannot be traded.

Payments are handled by Stripe (BLIK, Przelewy24, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store card data.
Coins are added once the operator confirms the payment, usually within seconds. A bundle ordered on the website arrives when the chosen character logs in.

Before paying you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal.
We do not refund coins or items already used in the game.
If coins or a bundle did not arrive, write to us within 14 days. We reply within 14 days.

Breaking the server rules can get the account banned. A ban does not entitle you to a refund for purchases on that account.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
