FIRST STEPS

Get started in Ciern

Four steps from an empty desktop to your first hunt. It should take about fifteen minutes, most of it downloading the client.

Download the client

Ciern runs on its own Ciern Modern client (protocol 15.25). You need neither the original Tibia client nor a separate launcher.

Create account

You need a working e-mail address, an account name and a password. You create the account once, all characters and premium points belong to it.

Create a character and enter the world

Take your first contract

The Task Board tells you what to hunt at your level and pays for progress. It is the simplest way to avoid wandering the map in your first hours.

Always leave for a hunt with spare potions, going back for them costs more than the potions do.
Join a guild or the Discord. In Ciern you learn faster from people than from the wiki.
Before entering a new hunting ground, check it in the Bestiary, you will see what the monsters hit with.
Watch the event calendar. Rifts and bonus weekends are the best time for contracts.
